What happens after the 7-day free trial? Will I be charged automatically?+
Yes. Your payment method will be charged automatically at the end of the 7-day trial unless you cancel before the trial ends. We recommend setting a reminder before day 7.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel your subscription at any time from the app. No questions asked, no cancellation fees.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?+
Yes. You can change billing cycles from your account settings. Annual billing saves approximately 16% compared to paying monthly.
Is there a discount for nonprofits, schools, or educators?+

How do I cancel?+
Cancel directly from your SafeZone365 account settings. Your access continues through the end of your current billing period.
Do my trusted circle members need to pay separately?+
No. Only the account holder needs a subscription. Your trusted circle members can participate in coordination and receive updates.
What happens to my data if I cancel?+
You can export or delete your data before canceling. After cancellation, data is handled according to our Privacy Policy retention schedule.
Is there a refund policy?+
Contact support@safezone365.com within 14 days of a charge if you believe a billing error occurred. Refund eligibility is reviewed case by case.
