Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the SafeZone365 website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
SafeZone365 provides a real-time safety coordination platform designed to facilitate communication, location sharing, and emergency alerts (SOS) among users and their designated coordinators or organizations.
IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: SafeZone365 is a supplemental safety and coordination tool. It is NOT a replacement for primary emergency services (such as 911, 112, or 999). In the event of an immediate threat to life or property, you must contact local emergency services directly.
3. User Responsibilities
- Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering for an account.
- Appropriate Use: The SOS and emergency features are to be used only in genuine emergency or distress situations. Misuse of the SOS feature may result in account suspension or termination.
- Device Requirements: The Service requires an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular data) and enabled location services to function correctly. You are responsible for any mobile carrier fees associated with your use of the Service.
4. Organization Accounts
If you are using SafeZone365 on behalf of a school, employer, or other organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. Organizations are responsible for managing their coordinators and users, and for responding appropriately to alerts generated within their network.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SafeZone365, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the Service.
- Network failures, signal loss, or GPS inaccuracies that prevent an alert from being transmitted or received.
- The actions or inactions of designated coordinators or emergency responders.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date or by sending a direct notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
